Loading and Maintenance Dose: We recommend an initial loading dose of Pro-Omega of 1/2 teaspoon twice daily for the first two weeks. After that you can switch to a standard dose of 1/2 teaspoon per day.  

How to Take: The timing of the dose of Pro-Omega does not matter as long as the recommended amount is taken per day.  Take prior to a meal with water.
